Island jumping on the bike:
The coast is very well suited for island hopping on the bike with its moderate traffic and relatively flat roads. Cycle from Brønnøysund to Sandnessjøen and visit more of the beautiful islands of the archipelago of the trip, including Vega entered on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Outdoor ocean basins:
At the foot of Torghatten is an outdoor ocean basin based on solar energy. Location: About 15 km from Brønnøysund at Torghatten Camping

Mountain Trim:
Go one or several selected tracks leading to 10 peaks in the area. The tourist office will help you with maps and information. 

Norwegian Aquaculture Centre as
Norway is one of the largest exporters of fish and seafood. We have a very fertile coastal and conditions in the sea are favorable for environmentally responsible aquaculture. The Norwegian Aquaculture Centre can see farmed fish up close, board underwater cameras, feeding salmon and learn about farming. Location: Toft Strait, about 6 km from Brønnøysund. Opening hours: Mon-Fri 0800-1630 with a tour at 1100, at 1300 and at 1500. Price: Adults £ 80, -. Children NOK 40, -. Lunch sold between 1130-1230.
